Yes to both. We accept M-Pesa Paybill, local bank transfer (KCB, Equity, Co-op), and card payments. Monthly invoices are issued in KES. We do not require USD payment.
SafeHouse Admin and SafeSale: 1–2 weeks. SafeHouse Enterprise for a multi-site organisation: 4–8 weeks depending on data migration complexity and number of sites. We assign a dedicated implementation manager to every client.
SafeHouse Enterprise is priced per organisation — unlimited users and unlimited sites at one flat rate. SafeHouse Admin is priced per estate (up to 50 units, then tiered). SafeSale is priced per agent seat with a minimum of 3 seats.
You own your data. On cancellation, we export your full dataset in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) within 7 working days. Your data is then securely deleted from our servers within 30 days.
